Now that the weather has finally improved...we have been making the most of it. Trips to the beach, backyard playdates, BBQ's with friends and enjoying the beauty of my flower garden. There aren't enough hours in the day sometimes to fit in all we want to.
Before we had our pool up - we made our own fun. A tarp with a bit of soap keeps the kids occupied for hours.
The trampoline provides hours of fun as well...
Finally our pool....even though the boys said it was colder than the water out of the fridge - it didn't stop them! The race was on...who could make the first and biggest splash. It was a tie!
Finally someone to play babies with...thanks for the playdate and sleepover Ava!
A decent game of cops and robbers...one guess who the girl is in disguise...she can definitely hold her own in a group of boys!!

Even Alex gets in on the action of cops and robbers!! The gun is about as big as he is!
A good ole' fashion squirt gun fight..notice the difference is gun sizes...however Alex doesn't appear to mind.
Notice the face of satisfaction on Devin's face...he is cracking up - mostly 'cause he's the one holding the bigger water gun!
Some color to add color to my world. I LOVE being out in my flower path - and the various flowers/colors make my world that much brighter!! Thanks again to my inspirational friend Wendi!! I will always be grateful to you for sharing your passion of gardening with me!!

first, thanks for having my boy for 5 days. (ok, it was 24 hours but trust me, it seemed like 5 days!). i'm digging the picture of the boys racing to the pool. hysterical!

today was a blast! cold and all. i think we created some of those memeories we were talking about today. agreed??

Looks like you guys have been enjoying every minute of it! Too bad it's raining now. :( Thanks for having Ava over! She always has a great time with Miss Hailey!
