With all the exciting things happening during Christmas break, I have failed to post pictures of our family gift opening. We really enjoyed talking with the kids this year about the Real Meaning of Christmas, as the older they get each year, the more and more they understand it...however - they are still super excited when they receive that one special gift they've hoped for. This year we had our kids draw names amongst themselves, took them on a date to shop for that "perfect" gift and then saw the joy as the person they gave it too lit up their face. I've added "a few" snaps capturing the activity. We also enjoyed our family time Christmas Eve with my family...missing out on our special time with Dale's family this year!
