S.W.A.T.

So, Dale recently was hired on as the newest SWAT member!! With this comes lots of questions:

What does SWAT stand for? What types of things will he be involved with? What does it mean to be a SWAT wife? What does a SWAT uniform look like?

Well, here are a few of the answers:
1. SWAT = Specialized Weapons and Tactics

2. These officers continue being patrol officers but get called in for any high risk circumstances...drug busts, hostage situations, armed and dangerous individuals...anything that appears to be more dangerous than any other type of situation.

3. Supporting your husband while PRAYING for his safety!!

4. Uniform

After trying it on myself, I can be rest assured, he is well protected. That gear weighs an extra 50 pounds!!! Better him than me - he could stand the extra weight...I on the other hand can do without it!

We couldn't be more proud of him. He has made a major career change and now to accomplish this....way to go Honey!! We love you!! (and we're praying for your safety each day!)
