well....at least there were daffodils! 
Today my mom and I took the kids to the fields of flowers. The tulips weren't quite blooming yet but the yellow fields were gorgeous! Of course we had to make a stop at a very important place first....Krispy Kreme!

The kids had so much fun exploring through the rows of flowers. It was a perfect field for them to do that (many have signs of no tresspassing) so they enjoyed their freedom! Unfortunately the tulips have another 10 days before they show their true colors...however we didn't mind. It was gorgeous weather and we enjoyed the beauty of yellow!
