Well...sort of. We took Dale to the airport today to fly home for his Grandma's funeral. The kids and I decided to take a detour to Alki Beach (West Seattle) to play by the water for a few hours to help pass some time. They had fun exploring, chasing birds, throwing rocks, collecting "treasures", and having a picnic. There is a great pizza place along the boardwalk so we ordered one to go and had ourselves a picnic on the beach!! At least we were able to pass a few hours without daddy...it's going to be a long week until he returns on Thursday. We'll miss him, but at least he'll have some special time with his family.
We love self timer pictures...you never know what you're gonna get. Not bad...at least Alex was looking :)

You will have to show me where this is sometime! Looks like a really fun park! My jaw is wide open that you took all 4 kids to Seattle and then stopped for some fun too! Wow!
