It's been a tradition for the past 8 or 9 years that we go camping to the local KOA at the end of summer. Our kids have grown to look forward to this trip, even though the numbers of families have shrunk from 13 familes down to the usual 3 or 4 regulars. We love to camp here...it's clean, close to home and offers a variety of fun activities for the kids. This year, Dale had to work for the last couple of days, so here is what we do when he's not around.
We wanted to photo shop him into our "traditional" family camping picture - but I'm not that talented...so you'll just have to settle for me and the kids (oh...and Sadie)Our little guy celebrated his 4th birthday and this was a special monster truck he got from his buddy Max! Thanks Max...that was super sweet of you!
Let's see who's stronger...Kaiden or Jack....you be the judge!
We had the pleasure of having Miss Sydney spend a couple of days with us. What better way to end a day in the sun...making smores at night!
The boys!!The girls!!
The gang!!
And the paddle boats!
"Auntie" Tammy and the girls made an effort to make Alex feel special. Tractors and trucks are his favorite toys...and now he even has a tractor key chain to hang on his very own "pack-pack" for school! Thanks for being so special to me (from Alex).
Margariat night baby! YUMMY!
Max and his daddy...two peas in a pod!
These girls fell in love with each other's puppies. They were hoping to trade!
These two boys are inseperable.
Alex and his new girlfriends!
They had LOADS of fun together!!
The Likkels headed out to the rodeo, so we made a little fun of our own...a fun photo shoot. This is the only one I am allowed to post! :)
These two are also inspeperable.
Havin a little fun in the sun!
Surprising Alex with cupcakes for his 4th birthday! It's amazing what a little chocolate cupcake will do in the life if a little boy!!
Happy Birthday to our "Baby"!
