When the cats away - the mice will play.

Since it's mid-winter break and "everyone" is out of town (according to the kids), my sister and I decided we'd make some fun of our own. Our husbands were working so we packed up the kids and headed to Chuck E Cheese for the afternoon. The kids "cashed in" a boatload of tickets for 1-2 small toys and maybe a piece of candy. Good thing in the mind of a child they aren't aware of the rip-off this is. The fact that they had lots of fun, and we had a relaxing time watching them - was well worth it.
